STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping does NOT include tracking or insurance. Loveli Atelier is NOT responsible for any lost orders and therefore will NOT refund or re-send any orders. There are NO exceptions. 

TRACKED SHIPPING

Tracked shipping is highly recommended, especially for larger orders. It includes insurance in case your order is lost. In the case that your order is marked "DELIVERED" but you did not receive it, you will need to reach out to your local post office for further instructions.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.

ESTIMATED STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

Canada: Within a Week

USA: 2-4 weeks (up to 6 in rare circumstances)

Europe & UK: 1-4 weeks

Everywhere Else: 1-3 Months

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. If a return is required, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us in its original, unused condition. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us.
